Who we are
Fortimor Yazılım A.Ş. (“Fortimor”, “we”), based in Ankara, Türkiye, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@fortimor.com.
What this website collects
This website has no user accounts and no advertising, and it does not use analytics or tracking cookies. The contact form sends your name, email address, company (if you give one) and message to us as an email; nothing is stored on the website itself. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, kept in local storage and never sent to us. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site securely; these logs are kept briefly for security purposes and are not used to identify you.
When you contact us
If you write to us, we keep your name, email address and the content of the correspondence for as long as we need to answer you. If we go on to work together, we keep the records of that relationship for its duration and for the retention periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law.
Client projects
In the course of a project we may process personal data belonging to a client’s staff or customers. We do so on the client’s written instructions and under a data processing agreement; in those cases the client is the data controller and Fortimor is the processor.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as hosting, email and accounting, each bound by contract, and with public authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority. To exercise any of these rights, email info@fortimor.com; we answer within thirty days.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the last revision at the top of the page.
